Photo: Pexels Set in Lapoutroie on the foothills of the Vosges ridges, the Miclo Distillery has been making fruit brandies since 1962. Three generations have worked the stills, and the range also includes liqueurs, fruit creams, gins and whiskies.
The guided tour, lasting about an hour, shows the stills, the cellars and the stages of making a brandy, liqueur or whisky, and ends with a tasting in the shop.
