La Gérômoise occupies an old Vosges farmhouse from 1752 near the lake and the casino. Brewing began here in 2006, with copper vats on show in the main room.
Four beers are on offer – blonde, amber, brown and white – plus seasonal brews. Tours on the history of beer, with a tasting, are held throughout the year, and the restaurant serves traditional Vosges cooking.
