Photo: Wikimedia Commons Setting off from the Pont Saint-Pierre, Sweet Narcisse’s boats drift along the Lauch through Little Venice and past the Quai de la Poissonnerie. The boatman narrates the route and shares a few stories about the town.
The trip also passes through the old market gardeners’ quarter, where greenery spills from the gardens down to the water. The slow pace leaves plenty of time to take in the façades and bridges from an angle you won’t get on foot.
💡 Good to know
Boats leave roughly every fifteen minutes; in summer queues can be long around midday, so aim for early morning or late afternoon. Booking by phone is recommended.
